Kathleen Healy joined Commercial Realty Advisors NW in 2013. As a retail broker, Kathleen specializes in retail sales, consulting and tenant/landlord representation, with a specific focus on high-profile retail tenants and urban neighborhoods. Partnering with Ashley Heichelbech, their intimate knowledge of Portland’s close-in neighborhoods provides the framework to identify opportunities that work best for their clients.
Kathleen is an active member of several industry organizations, including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and Commercial Association of Brokers. She also is a member of Impact, Northwest Oregon Foundation for Reproductive Health, The Bill Healy Foundation, Astoria Golf & Country Club, and Multnomah Athletic Club.
